By an official decree from Dr. Soroush, Dr. Saeed Mahdi kiasat has been appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Marine Engineering at Amirkabir University of Technology.

In the decree, Dr. Abbas Soroush, President of the University, appointed Dr. Mahdi Saeed Kiasat as the Dean of the Faculty of Marine Engineering.

The decree states:
"Based on the recommendation of the comprehensive council of the Faculty of Marine Engineering, you are hereby appointed as the Dean of the Faculty for a period of two years.
Considering the distinguished status of the Faculty of Marine Engineering, it is expected that through extensive planning and by leveraging the valuable experience of the esteemed faculty members, you will dedicate yourself to enhancing educational and research activities grounded in innovation and technological development.
I wish you success in serving the academic community and the educational system, with the blessings of Almighty God."

In a separate letter, Dr. Soroush also expressed his gratitude for the efforts and dedication of Dr. Hamid Zeraatgar, the former Dean of the Faculty of Marine Engineering.
